Shipping policy
At LJBFootwear.com every detail is important, and nothing is more important than your satisfaction. We are confident that you will be comfortable with your purchase. However, if the need arises exchanges of merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
- Shipment occurs within 2 to 3 business days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Your order may arrive in multiple packages if multiple items are purchased
- Orders placed during sales promotion and/or holidays may result in shipping delays
- Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day if there isn't an observed Holiday.
- If you need an item to arrive on a guaranteed delivery date, please select UPS 2-day or UPS Next Day as your shipping method. Please note when ordering on the weekend, you item will be delivered next business day.
- All orders are in US Dollars and will be converted by your bank to your Country's currency.
- We do not ship to any P.O. Box addresses. If your Billing Address is a P.O. Box please enter it, but also provide a physical address for shipping.
- Once your item is prepped and scanned for shipment, you will receive tracking details via email and LJB Footwear is not responsible for orders once they have shipped.
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, your shipping address and your items may not be changed.
- If package status shows delivered, and you did not receive the item, all claims must be made by the customer with the designated carrier.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Any orders shipping outside of the United States) – LJB Footwear is not responsible for import duties or customs fees.
